abrs expand again using Raw Talent Academy
As the sun set on another Audition Day at the picturesque Royal Windsor racecourse, a number of job hopefuls left happy after securing a position with Future Media, Technology & Marketing Recruiter abrs. Raw Talent Academy, founded by Apprentice winner Lee McQueen, were running their second academy for Henley based abrs and once again found some of the best talent in the local area.
The Audition Day, that took place on the 27th February 2013, saw 22 candidates arrive for an early start at 7:30, before they began the day working in teams to complete various real life business like tasks, while being assessed by Raw Talent Academy & abrs’ senior management team. 9 of the 22 made it through to the afternoon, where they entered the boardroom stage of the Audition Day, being grilled by abrs & Lee McQueen.
This was the second time in just over 6 months that abrs had used Raw Talent Academy in their search for fresh ‘talent’ and once again the day threw up some surprises, leaving abrs with a tough choice to make with the candidate quality in front of them.
abrs’ Sales Director Mark Long commented on the Academy saying;
It is the second time we have run an audition day, they have delivered once again to a really high standard. We have bought several more young, bright, graduate calibre ‘Raw Talent’ that we are thrilled about and are sure they are going to work well at abrs. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again; they deliver a first class service, great people, well organised, and brilliant. Strongly recommended.
