Future Media Recruiters abrs look to expand again with ‘Raw Talent’
After recruiting 11 candidates at the last Academy in 2012, abrs’ ambitious growth plans continue with the announcement of a new Academy for 2013 with Recruitment partner, Raw Talent Academy.
Founded by Apprentice Winner Lee McQueen, Raw Talent Academy will search for the top sales talent in the region around abrs’ head office in Henley-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire.
abrs, leaders in Future Media, Technology, Creative & Marketing recruitment, recently appointed a high profile Non-Executive Director and promoted four of their senior recruiters to Managing Consultants last year and are once again looking to invest in ‘Raw Talent’.
After receiving almost 600 applications last time around, and with unemployment still high, Raw Talent Academy expects the Academy to attract a large number of applications for the positions available. Candidates will go through an extensive application process before the top 30 are invited to an ‘Apprentice’ style Audition Day.
The Audition Day will once again be held at the Royal Windsor Racecourse, on the 27th February 2013.
Lee McQueen announced the latest Academy saying, “We are delighted to be running our second Academy with abrs. Since the first Academy in 2012, our relationship has grown and we have seen last years Academy candidates work hard and learn to become successful recruitment consultants. abrs are a company at the cutting edge of Future Media, working with some of the most recognisable names in the digital world, including; Amazon, Sky & the BBC and loads of exciting Tech Start Ups.
“Last years stand out candidates showed the right attitude and desire to work hard, learn and earn money. We are looking for the same attributes this time round, whether you are a graduate, school leaver or have a couple of years sales experience, if you have the desire, apply today!”
CEO of abrs, Andrew Bailey says “The new recruits will be joining us at exciting times. We have some innovative plans and substantial growth planned over the next few years so there is an opportunity for some real career progression as well as a chance to earn some real money!”
