After offering 12 candidates a position at the last Academy in 2012, abrs – leaders in Future Media, Technology, Creative and Marketing Recruitment – have once again partnered with Raw Talent Academy to search for the top trainee sales & recruitment consultants around their head office in Henley-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire.
Over the next 6 weeks we are searching for the top individuals within the area stated who believe they have what it takes to be a recruitment consultant with one of the UK’s industry leaders.
We are looking for candidates to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks and will be holding an audition day on the 27th February 2013 at Royal Windsor Racecourse. Think Britain’s Got Talent, X Factor and The Apprentice as the top 30 candidates will be selected and invited to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks on the day. You will be assessed not on how well your CV reads or how many grades you have got, but on how you perform in teams, under pressure and in real life business and sales tasks.
