The Audition Day
Raw Talent Academy assisted A & E Agency with their exciting growth plans by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend the bespoke audition day. Candidates found out on the day whether they had secured a position with A & E Agency.
The Audition Day, run by Raw Talent Academy, took place at A & E Agency’s very own and brand new offices near Kings Cross in London. The top candidates undertook a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by A & E Agency’s senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors.
The day resulted in nothing but success for both parties and candidates. A & E Agency were initially only looking to hire 4 candidates through the process but actually ended up hiring 5 through Raw Talents academy process.
