Angel based recruiter is looking to grow with Raw Talent
London based recruiter Alexander ash has been providing recruiting solutions to companies since 2005. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to recruit 4 Business Development Consultants by partnering with South Oxfordshire sales recruitment business Raw Talent Academy for the first time.

Alexander ash Consulting is a specialist recruitment consultancy which supplies senior, permanent and interim resources into a variety of verticals including financial services, consulting/outsourcing, digital and ecommerce.
Our goal is to provide a ‘quality service’ through a combination of delivery from an extensive network of leading consultants and senior execs, and customer satisfaction by ensuring the whole recruitment process from initiation to completion of assignment is both smooth and efficient.
As an organisation, we currently work with a number of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Organisations (Investment, Corporate and Retail Banks, Asset / Wealth / Investment Management organisations,) and select ‘Big 4’ and Global Tier 1 consulting/outsourcing firms on some of the largest change programmes in the market. We have three models; Contingent, contract and permanent at all levels, Executive Search and our Consultancy Associate model.
The Audition Day
Raw Talent Academy plan to assist Alexander ash with its exciting growth plans by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend a bespoke audition day in London. Candidates will find out on the day whether or not they have secured a position with Alexander ash.
The Audition Day, run by Raw Talent Academy, will take place on July 11th 2016 at a venue to be confirmed in the London area. The day will see the top 15 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by Alexander ash’s senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not co what is on their CV.
