Based in Watlington for the past two years, Raw Talent Academy has been continuously growing since McQueen founded the business in a converted office at his house in Aston Rowant. With more business under their belts, they are planning to continue growing as they intend to expand their talented workforce. The trainee and experienced positions available include resourcers, recruitment consultants and sales consultants.

Raw Talent Academy has experienced exceptional growth to reach 17 staff while doubling turnover year-on-year and are looking to continue growing thanks to the success and popularity of their process. Many of the employees started as ‘raw talent’ after being recruited from the local area, receiving in depth training, mentoring and development to ensure they are able to grow with the business. Raw Talent Academy were last year named as the Best New Business at the Oxfordshire Business Awards 2013.

As an award-winning Sales Recruitment and Training business they have a proven track record of unearthing hidden sales talent, showcasing candidates’ ability and nurturing success. Their office atmosphere is energetic and fun with career prospects left, right and centre. They are looking for candidates who share their attributes of being hard working, money-motivated and driven to succeed. They are seeking individuals who want a career and not just a job. If you want to join a business committed to your career development then apply today!
