Raw Talent Academy and Venator Recruitment – Who operate across Technical, Broadcasting, Mobile, Security, IT, and Marketing sectors globally – in 2015 partnered with each other as they intended to hire a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants for their Bournemouth Office. Raw Talent Academy held an audition day for Venator Recruitment at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel which ended in success.
Due to the success of the first audition day Venator Recruitment is now on the hunt for another group of talented and enthusiastic individuals to join their ever expanding recruitment team in 2016.

The Audition Day
As always Raw Talent Academy plan to assist Venator Recruitment with its exciting growth plans by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend a bespoke audition day. Candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position with Venator.
The Audition Day, run by Raw Talent Academy, will take place on March 2nd 2016. Held at the Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott hotel, the day will see the top 20 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by Venator Recruitment’s senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
