Climb Online partnership with Raw Talent Academy
London – October 1st, 2015 – Climb Online are excited to announce a breakthrough partnership with leading Sales Recruitment & Training business, Raw Talent Academy. This deal will see two winners of TV’s The Apprentice partner together, using each other’s experience in their fields to provide incredible, mutual benefits.
Raw Talent was created by 2008 Apprentice winner Lee McQueen. After launching Amscreen together with Lord Sugar and Simon Sugar, which transformed advertising across Europe for the convenience market, McQueen founded Raw Talent in 2011. The business is focused on partnering with organisations to build & develop internal Sales Academies as well as growing existing sales teams. This is done through real life scenarios, rather than the increasingly outdated approach of CVs & interviews, offering candidates a unique opportunity to showcase & enhance their sales skills.
Climb Online was founded back in January by Lord Sugar & winner of The Apprentice 2014, Mark Wright. The company continues to go from strength to strength & has exceeded all expectations since launching. This ground-breaking partnership with Raw Talent Academy marks the company’s latest high-profile success. Australian-born Mark, 26, has already hired a growing team of 19, based across 2 offices in central London, who manage over 140 clients. As a result of this success & many more, Mark has quadrupled his target for this stage of the business & continues to expand his business at a rapid rate.
The significant partnership between the two companies will see Climb Online working across a powerful combination of digital marketing mediums; targeted SEO, paid-search and social media marketing campaigns. These will use Climb Online’s unique software and expertise to ensure maximum returns for Raw Talent.
Raw Talent will work with Climb Online to bring their industry-leading expertise to ensure the company gets the very best marketing and sales personnel. This will all be in the service of maximising customer satisfaction & return for all of Climb Online’s clients; we can’t wait to see where this takes us.
Mark Wright, Director of Climb Online, comments “Myself, and the team at Climb Online, are hugely excited by this opportunity to work with Lee & his incredible company, Raw Talent. Lee is someone from The Apprentice I have always admired, especially since we have great expertise in starting & growing service-based businesses. As soon as I got the call from Lee, I knew that this opportunity was too good to miss and the team and I are very much looking forward to assisting in their marketing efforts going forward. Indeed, my excitement was only matched by that of Lord Sugar when he heard two of his Apprentices were partnering up.”
Lee McQueen, founder of Raw Talent, agrees: “Partnering with Mark and the talented Climb Online team was an easy decision, not just because of my own experiences on the show and from working with Lord Sugar, but also due to the confidence Mark instilled during our first meeting. Digital marketing is an extremely important part of our strategy as we continue to source the very best ‘raw talent’ for our clients and Climb Online is a key part of that strategy.”
Hence, it is clear that the success of both Raw Talent and Climb Online has been heavily influenced by the support, guidance & knowledge imparted by Lord Sugar throughout multiple stages of both Apprentice’s careers. With this strong backing, both companies continue to go from strength to strength and, through this partnership, will further leverage this unique opportunity.
Climb Online continues to be a digital marketing agency with a difference: one that believes technology alone is not enough. In their view, the magic happens at the junction between technology & personal, human input. It is this distinctive combination that yields their clients the results that maximise their potential. As you can see with Raw Talent, they are just getting started.
