Over the next 7 weeks we are searching for 6 of the most enthusiastic and passionate individuals, who have a desire to work in Executive Search, for our latest Academy with Finlay James. With Offices in Manchester, St Albans, Birmingham and Frankfurt, Finlay James are a rapidly expanding business.
We are looking for candidates to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks and will be holding an audition day on the 23rd June at Cheadle House in Manchester. The top 20 – 25 candidates will be selected and invited to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks on the day.

Finlay James was established in 2003 as a technology sales executive search firm by John Gaughan and Mark Neilan. They have worked in IT recruitment for over 10 years and in that period of time they have developed Finlay James into a true executive search company.
From the start Finlay James wanted to be known as specialists so they have only ever worked with technology companies and their main focus has been senior sales candidates.

- Trainee Resourcers/Consultants
- £17,000 – £20,000 basic (dependant on experience)
- Top your basic salary up with the realistic opportunity of earning £30,000 +
- Comprehensive in-house training over 3 months (Birmingham Office main training centre with 1 week ‘Recruitment Craft Training’)
- Standard hours 8:15am – 5.45pm (5pm Fridays)
- Parking available at both offices
