For the third time Pytec link with Raw Talent to expand

PytecFor the third time we are looking for individuals in and around the Northampton area who are searching for an opportunity with a growing and dynamic recruitment company. Pytec IT Recruitment – who are currently celebrating record sales for the year – are looking to invest in a number of trainee recruitment consultants, providing you with training and development, making this a job opportunity with real progression!

The partnership between Raw Talent Academy and Pytec IT Recruitment will be close over the next 7 weeks as they set out to find the best and most suitable candidates from the surrounding areas who will be invited to attend an Audition Day.

Offers made on the day

The renowned process – which Raw Talent Academy created – is unique in the way that candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position with Pytec IT Recruitment.

The Audition Day will take place on the 23rd January 2015 at Sedgebrook Hall in Northampton. The day will see the top 25 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Pytec IT Recruitment’s and Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
