Our Sales and Delivery Team service over 50 clients across the UK and have commercial partnerships with some great brands, e.g. Olympus KeyMed, Red Bull, Capita, Audley Travel, Tullett Prebon, and ARM to name but a few.
The relationships with these clients have, in the main, been developed over long periods and through delivery of our first class Academy process, each of which are done so on a ‘project’ type basis.
As a key part of the Sales and Delivery Team, this opportunity is for an Inside Sales Executive.
Inside Sales Executive:
Based in Watlington, Oxfordshire and reporting to the Sales Manager, this person will be responsible for calling prospective clients to pitch our range of services with the objective to arrange meetings for the senior Sales team.
- Make at least 120 outbound calls per day
- Achieve consistently against targets, demonstrating a high work ethic
- Demonstrate an understanding of the sales process
- Use sales/market knowledge to influence
- Ask questions to learn more about others
- Build relationships
- Persevere in response to objections or setbacks and adapt approach where necessary
- Be creative with the pitch to bring our solution to life
- Generate ideas that offer a broader benefit
- Demonstrate an organised approach to pitch
Ideal candidates will be:
The ideal candidate will be from an inside sales background (however not essential) and will have a good understanding of selling. It is important that you can demonstrate evidence of working to high pressured deadlines. They will also be:
- Proven in achieving targets, goals, and objectives
- Experienced using social media and marketing
- Strong in negotiation and influencing skills
- Results driven and motivated with a passion for sales
- Money motivated
