Mayday eager to run their third Academy
After the success of their first academy with Raw Talent Academy, Mayday Healthcare enlisted them again as they looked to expand their Recruitment Consultancy team. Raw Talent Academy brought the top talent from the local area to an Audition Day on the 14th November 2014 at The Grovesnor Hotel in London.
Established since 2003, nursing agency Mayday Healthcare have been providing an effective temporary healthcare recruitment service to both their clients and candidates. It has come to the point where they are looking to grow their division by recruiting the most professional, proactive and enthusiastic individuals.
All candidates went through Raw Talent Academy’s unique and thorough process that included both telephone and face to face interviews, as well as their innovative FacePitch process. The candidates were then whittled down until only the top 25 received an invite to the audition day with a number of positions being offered with the healthcare recruiter.
The day saw the invited candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks, whilst being assessed by both Mayday Healthcare’s senior management team, as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy to showcase the candidates abilities so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
Third Academy in 2015 announced
Due to the success of their first two academies Mayday Healthcare have looked to Raw Talent Academy’s process for a third time in quick succession. They’re once again recruiting for not only for Mayday Healthcare but for 2 of their other divisions – VIP Healthcare and Medical 24 – for a number of fantastic positions ranging from Business Development to Head-hunting. The audition day will take place on the 15th January at a venue to be confirmed in the London area.
