Raw Talent Academy will work closely with Mane over the next 5 weeks to find the best and most suitable candidates from the surrounding areas who will be invited to attend an Audition Day. The Audition Day will also be attended by Mane’s senior management team.

The renowned process in which Raw Talent Academy embrace is unique in the way that candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position with Mane. This a very different to the usual recruitment process which generally consists of the potential candidate coming back for multiple interviews spread over a number of weeks which is not always efficient for both clients and candidates. With the employment market picking up, Mane is adding to this market by offering a brilliant opportunity with progression, training and exceptional incentives.

The Audition Day will take place on the 19th May 2015 at Watford Football Club. The day will see the top 20 – 25 candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Mane’s and Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
