Gareth Walsh, Director of Olympus KeyMed’s Medical & Surgical Business – UK, Ireland & MEA, said, “Olympus KeyMed are an innovator in the field of medical devices and we are constantly reviewing activities to enhance the customer experience and offer our clients ‘Precise and Reliable Performance’ in all aspects of our customer engagement programmes. With this background we have undertaken a comprehensive review of all aspects of training and recruitment and are now in partnership with Raw Talent Academy to deliver an innovative and effective approach in this area.
“Lee McQueen and his team have certainly delivered on their promise of finding highly motivated, bright individuals to attend our first Raw Talent Academy audition day at Villa Park. Following a series of vigorous, but eye-opening ‘Apprentice’ style tasks, we selected a number of candidates for the afternoon interview session and successfully recruited new Territory Managers we may not have found using more traditional methods.
“We are delighted with the initial results and look forward to welcoming the successful candidates to the company – I am positive they will quickly develop their skills to build on their innate ‘raw talent’.”
