Olympus KeyMed again enlist the help of Raw Talent Academy to search for fresh talent
For the seventh time since becoming Olympus KeyMed’s recruitment partner, Raw Talent Academy will be seeking to find the best sales talent from across the country to become a part of the latest Olympus KeyMed Sales Academy.
Olympus KeyMed was founded in 1970 as a subsidiary of Olympus Corporation Japan, and has since become one of the leading manufacturers of optical and digital equipment for the healthcare and consumer electronics sectors. Not only are they innovative market leaders, but the company also has strong ethical principles, which has enabled them to win 3 Queen’s awards.
Apprentice winner Lee McQueen founded Raw Talent Academy in 2010. The company specialise in recruiting trainee sales talent, and instead of concentrating on the qualifications the candidates have, they focus more on their ability to cope in a real life sales environment.
Olympus KeyMed, who have twice been named by the Sunday Times as one of the best companies to work for within the UK, are looking to recruit a minimum of 6 territorial sales managers to work in a variety of locations in the North West, North East, South of England and Wales. The successful recruits will initially take part in a 3-month training programme delivered by Raw Talent Academy, alongside a 12-month development programme overseen by Olympus KeyMed.
Following the Raw Talent Academy recruitment process, which concentrates on the candidates ability to work rather than how they look on paper, the top 35 successful candidates will be invited to an Audition day on April 22nd 2014 at Villa Park in Birmingham, where they will be put through their paces to see how they deal with real life sales and business situations.
Following the success of previous Academies run between Raw Talent Academy and Olympus KeyMed, both parties are thoroughly looking forward to discovering fresh ‘raw talent’ and helping the candidates showcase their true talent and potential.
