Olympus KeyMed continue partnership with Raw Talent Academy!
For the second time this year Olympus KeyMed enlisted the help of Raw Talent Academy to recruit a number of high-calibre field sales consultants. On this occasion a number of fantastic individuals were offered a position with the company, an international leader in the manufacture and supply of specialised medical and industrial equipment.
The Audition Day, held on the 22nd April 2014, followed a lengthy application period that attracted over 400 candidate applications. Candidates went through Raw Talent Academy’s unique process that includes both telephone and face to face interviews as well as their innovative FacePitch process. The candidates were whittled down until only the top 25 received an invite to the Audition Day.
The Day – which took place at Aston Villa Football Club – saw the invited candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Olympus KeyMed’s Senior Management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The Audition Day has been designed by Raw Talent Academy to showcase the candidates abilities so that Olympus KeyMed can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
