Raw Talent Academy announces appointments & targets a record year in 2014
Following 3 years of exceptional growth that has seen the company pick up a clutch of awards and award nominations, 2014 is set to be Raw Talent Academy’s biggest and best year to date!
The festive period is a great chance for many to relax and wind down, but at Raw Talent Academy we have been busy working hard to ensure we start the New Year with a bang. Our first Academy of 2014 continued our successful partnership with Inforom Consultancy Services, it was the third time we have worked with them and that partnership is set to go from strength to strength this year.
January has also seen us pick up our first award nomination of the year. We are delighted to nominated in the Newcomer of the Year category at the prestigious Onrec Online Recruitment Awards and we are looking forward to the awards evening in March. The nomination follows Raw Talent Academy being named the New Business of the Year at the Oxfordshire Business Awards 2013 as well as being shortlisted at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2013.
The New Year and festive period saw a number of appointments at Raw Talent Academy as all parts of the business grew. Tony Mitchell joined the Sales team as a National Academy Sales Consultant and brings over 3 years sales experience to the role.
Our Delivery team welcomed two new members as first, Jared Clanford, joined before Christmas and Kirsty Hart joined in the New Year. Both are ‘Raw Talent’ and will receive similar coaching and mentoring to that delivered to our clients.
The company can also announce the appointment of a Finance Director who has over 10 years experience within the recruitment industry. This appointment will help to strengthen the senior management team as the company continues to grow.
