Raw Talent expand through internal audition day
For the first time in December 2014 Raw Talent academy hosted their very own internal audition day process so that they could furthermore expand their forever growing business. Raw Talent Academy were standing by their values and looking for the very top talent from around the local area of Oxfordshire. Due to their ambitious future plans Raw Talent Academy were looking to hire 4 individuals for their delivery team and 3 for their sales team.
The audition day took place on the 12th December at Raw Talent Academy’s very own offices based in Watlington, Oxfordshire. The audition day saw a large number of applicants for the positions on offer as it was such a good career. The invited candidates undertook a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by Raw Talent Academy assessors. The day ended on a high where 7 fantastic individuals were offered a position there and then! The audition day process, created by Raw Talent Academy Founder & BBC Apprentice Winner Lee McQueen, has been designed to showcase the candidates abilities so that clients can judge them based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.

Sam Angell – Business Development Manager
Sam has previous experience in BDM roles and has proved his confidence and eagerness to succeed since he has been with Raw Talent Academy. Outside of work Sam religiously plays Rugby day in day out at a semi professional level.
Aiden Di-Toro – Lead Generator
Aiden is a raw talented individual who proved himself to be must hire material on the Raw Talent Academy audition day. Aiden’s key role is to generate fresh leads for Sam Angell the BDM.
Ellie Douglas – Lead Generator
Ellie has joined the business as a Lead Generator and has that get up and go mentality towards work which made her stand out on the audition day.
Grainne Folan – Recruitment Lead
Grainne showcased her willingness to learn and succeed at the internal audition day and she will no doubt be a key part to our business as a recruitment lead. Grainne will be entering the best raw talented individuals into her clients audition days.
Amy English – Resourcer
Amy’s key responsibility is to resource the top candidates to Grainne who will then face to face interview the candidates. Amy showed drive and desire on the audition day which made her a perfect fit for Raw Talent Talent Academy.
Nikki Moriss – Resourcer
Nikki hunts down and telephone interviews the best talent she can find to forward onto her Recruitment Lead Marco Canonico. Due to being able to showcase her ability and let her confidence shine through Nikki made herself a must hire.
Kayleigh Butcher – Admin Assistant
Since Kayleigh has joined the business she has taken control of all admin which has made life just that little bit easier for everyone at Raw Talent Academy.
