Red Gate Software hire through Academy process
Red Gate Software have successfully hired a number of talented individuals following their second Academy with Sales Recruitment and Training specialists Raw Talent Academy. On this occasion Cambridge based Red Gate took on an array of enthusiastic and talented trainees to join their growing Inside Sales Team.
This latest Academy, that took place in August 2014, continued a partnership that was first announced in late 2013 when Red Gate Software first looked to Raw Talent Academy’s bespoke process. On that occasion Raw Talent Academy was able to source candidates who matched Red Gate’s desired employee profile, this has been shown as all those employees remain with Red Gate Software.
Following the 6-week Academy process run by Raw Talent Academy – that was completely tailored to attract only the best candidates – Red Gate Software offered a number of the candidates a position following an Audition Day held at Red Gate’s amazing Cambridge office.
The Audition day saw candidates undertake a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Red Gate’s sales management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. Red Gate Software have been consistently recognised as one of the Best Companies to work for in the UK by The Sunday Times as well as picking up a host of other awards, including for their culture. All this meant Raw Talent Academy saw a high number of applications for the positions available.
Candidates as always went through Raw Talent Academy’s unique process that includes both telephone and face to face interviews as well as their innovative FacePitch process. This process allowed Raw Talent Academy to filter out the candidates until only the most suitable were invited to the Audition Day.
The day was a success with Red Gate Software offering positions to more candidates than they originally planned to due to the high calibre of individuals at the Audition Day.
The Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy to showcase the candidates abilities so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
