Beat the Boardroom Away Day

Nurture Success with an Away Day

Beat the Boardroom

Looking for a team building day with a difference? Our very own Beat the Boardroom gives you and your staff the opportunity to be part of their very own Apprentice Day.

Go Head to Head with other departments or take on the Boss – Beat the Boardroom is a fantastic way to develop individuals in a fun, high impact environment with a real BBC Apprentice Winner playing the Lord Sugar role.

How does it work?

The day is shaped exactly like the BBC show ‘The Apprentice’, with either Lee McQueen or another fellow Apprentice candidate playing the Lord Sugar role and running the day drawing on their experience from going through the process.

We monitor teams activity throughout the day using our very own ‘Nick & Karen’ before the teams enter ‘The Boardroom’ to dissect what has been a challenging task and of course to find out which team has been triumphant, setting the scene for bragging rights in the office.

Day breakdown:

  • 6-16 participants (12 recommended) split into 2 teams
  • 2 members of your management team oversee the tasks as your very own Nick Hewer & Karren Brady
  • A motivational speech and introduction from Lee or one of his fellow Apprentice candidates
  • The task
  • We can source both the venue and lunch for the day

What do you gain?

The fun day encourages both competition between your staff and teamwork, stressing the importance of pulling together and communication. It will also be an opportunity to test team leaders while discovering both your team’s strengths, and weaknesses that need to be worked on.
