Shorterm recruit Raw Talent

Shorterm GroupFollowing an extensive recruitment process Shorterm are celebrating offering positions to a number of trainee recruitment consultants via Raw Talent Academy.

The new consultants will be joining Shorterm – a leading specialist recruiter supplying professional engineers and skilled trades people across the Engineering Industry – soon and were thrilled to earn a position with the growing company at their Middlesex head office.

Shorterm are also looking forward to welcoming their newest employees after partnering with Sales Recruitment and Training specialists Raw Talent Academy in August 2014.

Academy Process

Raw Talent Academy started by extensively profiling Shorterm, including interviewing their high flyers and latest recruits. After identifying the key characteristics and competencies, Raw Talent Academy began their candidate attraction process which resulted in over 400 candidates from across the local area and further afield applying for the positions available.

These candidates were whittled down until only the top 20 were invited to an Audition Day on the 16th September. The day saw the candidates undertake a variety of tasks, both in teams and individually, as they were assessed against the bespoke competencies Raw Talent Academy had identified earlier on at the profiling stage.

As the day drew to a close Shorterm were pleased to be able to hire consultants to join a variety of their divisions as they look to continue their impressive growth since being founded in 1972.

Ongoing Partnership

Following the success of the inaugural Academy, Shorterm and Raw Talent Academy are already in discussions for a second recruitment day in the coming months.
