Stott and May expand through Raw Talent
Stott and May, a boutique international search consultancy based in London, have joined forces with a former Apprentice winners business as they look to hire the highest calibre of candidates to fill a number of trainee recruitment positions.
This will be Stott and May’s first time working with Apprentice Winner Lee McQueen’s business Raw Talent Academy and will see candidates invited to an Audition Day. The Audition Day will put each and every candidate through their paces to determine who has the attributes and drive to succeed in recruitment.
Stott and May, founded in 2009 by five very successful recruiters working across the Finance and Technology markets, has experienced phenomenal growth. Expanding to over 65 staff spread across three offices in London, Reading and New York in the last four years with offices planned for Zurich and Stockholm.
McQueen, who won the Apprentice in 2008, founded Raw Talent Academy with the aim of creating a solution taking the risk out of sales recruitment and to help companies grow their sales teams internally.
The partnership with Stott and May will see Raw Talent Academy bring the top 25 candidates from across London and the South East to an Audition Day. The day – being held on the 9th July 2014 in Central London – will see the candidates being assessed as they undertake a number of real life based sales and recruitment tasks.
