Stott and May grow through Raw Talent Academy’s process
In July 2014 Stott and May partnered with Raw Talent Academy as they sought to attract the best trainee talent to join their growing business. Looking for a number of talented individuals to join their Central London office, Stott and May enlisted Raw Talent Academy to secure the very best candidates via their Academy process.
Stott and May are an international search consultancy with offices in the City of London, New York and Reading. They specialise in providing services across Technology, Telecommunications, Banking & Finance. Stott and May’s highly-experienced teams deliver services and engagements in the UK, North America and the rest of Europe. They are looking to grow and hire the most talented individuals to become fully fledged Delivery Consultants.
The audition day, where the best sourced candidates undertook a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by both Stott and May’s senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors, was held at CCT venues, Barbican in London on the 9th July 2014.
Prior to the audition day a lengthy application period attracted over 400 candidate applications. Candidates as always went through Raw Talent Academy’s unique process that includes both telephone and face to face interviews as well as their innovative FacePitch process. The candidates were whittled down until only those who matched Stott & May’s unique brief were left and they were then invited to the Audition Day. This day resulted in a number of high calibre individuals obtaining a job with Stott and May.
The innovative Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy to showcase the candidates abilities so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
