Over the next few weeks we are searching for a number of enthusiastic and passionate individuals, who have a desire to work in Recruitment for our upcoming Academy with Understanding Recruitment. On this occasion they are looking to grow their buzzy St Albans office.
We are looking for candidates to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks and will be holding an audition day in late April 2016 at a venue to be confirmed around the St Albans area. The top 20 candidates will be selected and invited to showcase their talent through a series of business tasks on the day.

What Understanding Recruitment is looking for:
Understanding Recruitment is looking for candidates with the passion, desire and motivation to work for them within sales. You will be expected to be willing to work hard, capable of working individually and able to motivate yourself.

Understanding Recruitment will provide you with all the training you require to succeed with them. You will be put through 32 modules of in depth training.
- £18,000 basic salary
- £22,500 base and at least £20,000 commission once promoted OTE
- 8:30am – 6:00pm (4pm on Friday)
- Car park paid for
- Gym membership after 6 months
- Can realistically earn 6 figures within 5 years
- Directors sit amongst the teams
- Quarterly lunches
