The Audition Day

As always Raw Talent Academy assisted Workstream with their exciting growth plans by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend a bespoke audition day. Candidates found out on the day whether they have secured a position with Workstream.

The Audition Day, run by Raw Talent Academy, took place on the 16th September 2015. The top candidates undertook a series of real life business tasks while being assessed by Workstream senior management team as well as Raw Talent Academy assessors. The unique Audition Day process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.

Both client and candidates were chuffed with then end result where a number of career driven and passionate individuals were offered a position with Workstream Construction Services.
