Zest Recruitment Solutions expand through Raw Talent Academy
Zest Recruitment Solutions have partnered with Raw Talent Academy as they look to expand their teams in Bristol and Stamford. The innovative Sales Academy will see candidates judged based on their ability at an Audition Day instead of via the traditional CV and interview process, with all levels of candidates encouraged to apply no matter their level of experience or education.
Zest is an energetic and highly focused recruitment company that prides itself on the quality of their service, solutions and candidates specialising in placing salaried Food and Drink professionals. Working with clients such as Mars, Carlsberg, Dairy Crest, Moy Park and Hain Daniels they’ve built up a great reputation in the market.
Zest are looking to recruit a number of Trainee Recruitment Consultants – 4 for their Bristol office and 4 for their Stamford Office – via Raw Talent Academy’s unique Audition Day process. The successful recruits will initially take part in an industry leading training program with ongoing support and development from Zest.

Following the Raw Talent Academy recruitment process, which concentrates on the candidate’s ability to work rather than how they look on paper, the top 30 successful candidates will be invited to an Audition day on the 7th May 2014. Held at The Studio in Birmingham, candidates will be put through their paces to see how they deal with real life sales and business situations.
