As a Business Development Associate, you will be part of both Sales and Marketing teams. You will play a key part in marketing campaigns, following up on campaign activities through structured outbound communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails received to qualify opportunities. This role is the first step in a CenturyLink career that can evolve both along a Sales or Marketing path.
We encourage an environment where employees can be coached and mentored as part of their ongoing development. We will enable you to continually increase your knowledge of our services, solutions and how they are positioned in the market. You will be able to build up extensive knowledge of selling points through case studies, sales clinics and sales development so that you can talk with authority and confidence about existing customers, our services and how these can bring solutions for challenges in the market.
As well as on the job training CenturyLink has a dedicated Talent Management Team who continually deliver courses and develop talent within the business.
