Document Management Solutions (DMS)
Construction is becoming far more advanced than we ever imagined, Architects are pushing the boundaries of building design and as a result are producing highly complex 3d models and 2d drawings. All this data needs managing and Excitech have just launched their very own DMS.
Many organisations are now looking to outsource high cost, high skill services to specialists. Excitech have a CAD and IT support team who keep companies productive when they encounter issues.
Excitech are still the largest Autodesk reseller in the UK servicing over 30,000 licenses. Their platinum status means they must maintain the highest customer service and renewal rates. Autodesk isn’t the only software sold though, they have exclusive partnerships with some of the best AEC software manufacturers around the globe, along with Microsoft and Adobe.
Excitech have grown by over 40% in the last five years and have some aggressive plans to continue this trend. Due to internal progression and expansion, Excitech are looking to add an additional eight people to the Internal Sales team, moving the total from four, to twelve.
As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will undergo extensive training to support you in offering the best possible service to clients and achieving your personal goals.
As part of your role, your will be proactively looking to develop new business opportunities, as well as managing an existing client base with a consultative approach to their business requirements.
