As a Sales Executive starting out in the Academy, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, qualifying data and opportunities, and conducting outbound campaigns.
With full training in the Academy, the progression path is all set out for you to move up into Inside Sales and progress into Field Sales positions where you will learn and be responsible for the full sales cycle, and will be on your way to earning £100k per annum with uncapped commission.
To get there, all you have to do is complete the Sales Academy. Easier said than done. Competition for places is fierce, and the training intensive. But the rewards you’ll get from completing this 13 month programme will last you a lifetime.
What we want from you
First of all, we don’t need sales experience as we take people from all sorts of backgrounds. To succeed, we want the following from you:
- An aspiration to earn financial recognition for your successful performance
- A can-do attitude, high achievement drive and a natural aptitude for sales
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Through a combination of training, group projects and on-the-job learning, you’ll learn how to generate leads, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals.
You’ll be coached, mentored and supported by award-winning industry experts and top sales and marketing people, including some who’ve been through the Academy themselves on their way to sales management and senior corporate sales roles.
So what will your career look like once you’ve completed the training? Everybody’s experience will be different, but here is how it might be expected to go.
6-9 Months Academy
Nurture Leads, Qualify data and opportunities, Outbound campaigns, B2B Prospecting
9-18 Months Inside Sales
Manage pool accounts, Aligned to Field Sales, Generate pipeline
18 months + Field Sales
Generate new opportunities, inbound leads, target key accounts
