GTT is looking to build out a new Sales Development team in the Nottingham office, having recently promoted several members of the previous team.
You will be proactively seeking out and following up on new business leads in target markets, so creative thinking and a flexible mindset will be key. Over time, you will build your product knowledge to really understand the offering. Challenging but achievable targets and a great bonus structure make this a rewarding opportunity with real potential.

As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you’ll follow a structured training programme over your first 3 months. A dedicated development team means you’ll gain the skills to really succeed in your role. You’ll receive personalised coaching and support to help you develop and refine those skills, whilst having access to some of the best systems and tools of the trade.

Our Academy process will see you attend an exciting, challenging and informative Audition Day where you will be able to showcase your talent. You will be assessed during tasks and in an interview before receiving full, detailed feedback allowing you to develop and learn. Job offers are made on the day to successful candidates.
