THE OPPORTUNITY

The internal sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

 

During your first 12 months you will work closely with the wider sales team learning how to sell Telefónica Tech products and how to close opportunities. You will be actively involved with call campaigns offering exciting products to clients.

 

You will build instant rapport and lasting relationships with customers, providing excellent customer satisfaction.

 

Be able to understand customer needs and identifying sales opportunities

 

You will have the opportunity to of upselling exciting products and services by demonstrating key features of products and services. Answering potential customers questions whilst keeping up to date with products and services offered by Telefonica Tech.

Training

On-boarding and training will be thorough with a proven tailored and well planned training programme which will continue throughout your first 12 months with Telefonica Tech.

You will receive training from experts around the products and services on offer to customers and extensive support and education from accomplished sales professionals who have excelled within their careers.

The Academy

We do not recruit based on your CV, we recruit based on your ability and competence. Our Academy process will see you attend an exciting, challenging and informative Audition Day where you will be able to showcase your talent. You will be assessed during tasks and in an interview before receiving full, detailed feedback allowing you to develop and learn. Job offers are made on the day to successful candidates.
