The Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with their customers, whilst achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Account Manager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager you will act as the primary relationship owner to some of Telefonica Tech’s top tier clients with the responsibility of retention and growth.
You will have the opportunity to prepare and deliver effective presentations to ensure awareness of all competitive activities within clients accounts to prevent attrition, whilst also delivering engaging sales presentation to new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver weekly pipeline and orders reporting to the Sales Manager.
Regularly evaluate and have an awareness of competitive activities within accounts, whilst also maintaining an appropriate level of technical knowledge and understanding across all of Telefonica Tech’s products and services.
